[Namebrand] Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original delivery date.

Item Condition

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must still be attached and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are considered final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized printed apparel cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturer defect or printing error on our end.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to returns@thisisnamebrand.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply within 24-48 hours with instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will shoot you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will automatically be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you simply need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.

Right to Cancel / Cooling-Off Period

  • Order Cancellations: If you change your mind immediately after purchasing, you have the right to cancel your order within [24 hours] of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For eligible customers, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to returns@thisisnamebrand.com) before the cooling-off period expires.

  • Exceptions: Please note that the right to cancel and the cooling-off period do not apply to custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order printed items once production has already begun.
